18 Sep TeraNova Sponsors Charity Event to Benefit Fisher House in Boston
On Sept. 17, TeraNova sponsored a black tie event in Boston that raised $75,000 to benefit the Fisher House, which provides housing for military families during hospitalization or care of their loved ones. Attendees were treated to live music, silent and live auctions, gambling, an open bar, Boston’s finest selection of hors d’oeuvres, and a spectacular view of Boston from the Skywalk Observatory.
The event, which occurred during the Cloud Partners show in Boston, was planned by Telecom for Change, an organization comprised of telecom agents and carrier executives to foster ideas and provide mentorship and aid to charitable organizations. TeraNova has been a proud sponsor of the organization since its inception, participating in several fundraisers over the years that benefitted charities including Raintree Children and Family Services in New Orleans, Safe Net in Las Vegas and the Sonoma County Children’s Village.
“It’s so gratifying helping to bring together some of the industry’s best and brightest to benefit charitable causes,” explains Natasha Royer Coons, managing director of TeraNova Consulting Group, Inc. “Through Telecom for Change, industry professionals are making a tremendous difference in the lives of many people in need. We’re looking forward to participating in the next fundraiser at the Channel Partners show in Las Vegas this March.”
